The Retreat Activities will be going on from Friday (Feb. 6th) in the late afternoon / early evening and ending early morning on Mon (the 9th).
We are working on finalizing the retreat itinerary - we want to bring you the most impactful & awesome retreat experience!
But here is an idea for scheduling purposes:
Fly in on Fri Feb, 6th. We are going to start the retreat at 4:00 pm with a Meet & Greet Escape Room event (with a 6 sigma facilitator) and a WELCOME DINNER on Fri evening. Be there and checked in before dinner time.
Flying out on Monday, the 9th will work best as well. We will be ending activities late on Sun evening (being out a bit far from the hotel with a planned desert event that will be ending after 9:00 pm. You wont want to miss that part!!!
We also have plans to have a goodbye - Mon morning get together that is optional, so booking your flight anytime on Mon would allow you to not miss anything important!
We are still working on creating the most awesome retreat experience so the itinerary isn't 100% finalized just yet. But here is a general idea of the start and end times, the flow and meals.

Fri, Feb. 6
- Check in at hotel is 3:00 pm
- Meet & Greet - Escape Room Team Building Activity
- Welcome Dinner
Sat, Feb. 7
- Rise & Shine Mountain Walk
- We will be having our workshops at the top of the San Joaquin Mountains on Sat. We will be taking the Aerial Tramway for an epic view / ride to the top of the San Joaquin mountains and then we will be having our workshops for the day up there. There will also be a little bit of time to explore this incredible place!
Sun, Feb. 8
- Morning Wake Up Mindfulness / Gentle Yoga
- Workshops at Triada in the morning.
- Afternoon workshops will be learning while doing.
- We will be enjoying an exciting Jeep journey through the San Andreas Fault with and ending with a ceremonial bonfire under the stars in the desert.
Mon, Feb. 9
- Morning Goodby Get Together
- Head Home
